The following logos were designed for two different real estate brands. The first image was designed to encapsulate a real estate business with a modern edge. The central image depicts a craftsman style home, one of the foremost styles found in the Pacific Northwest.
The second image was designed for a development built along a forested creek and blueberry farm. The logo was designed to encapsulate the tagline “Bringing the Outdoors In.”
The following brochures and flyers were designed and copy-written for a wide range of projects and businesses. The first line of flyers was created for in support of local non-profits through a program called Gourmondo Gives. These informational flyers were placed in boxed lunches to inform customers of the local non-profit a portion of proceeds would be donated to.
The second brochure was designed as a Buyer’s Guide for the home selling process, created to feel fresh, sleek, and modern.
The third flyer was designed to market a new build development aimed at “bringing the outdoors in” and exploring the potential to enjoy nature even from the comfort of your own home.
The final brochure was designed for a 60 home Green development in Eastern Washington. A cutting edge project, this brochure was made to fit in your back pocket or purse, and designed as a trifold brochure with removable inserts. The content was intended to inform potential buyers about the development, the building processes involved, and the positive effect Green homes will have on your finances, your health, and your environmental impact.
The following pieces were designed for advertising purposes. The first three pieces were designed and printed on plywood to be used as billboards for a three-home new build development, a 60-home Green development, and a landscaping business respectively. The final piece was designed to market the 60-home Green development for a magazine advertisement featured in the Yakima Herald.
